U.S. Sales and Refund Policy
- Standard Return Policy
We believe you will be ecstatic with the products, services and subscriptions you purchase from Leaf’d Box because we’ve worked very hard to deliver the best plant varieties and products at the perfect time of the year, to make your Easiest Garden Ever. We understand, however, that sometimes a product, service or subscription may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product or service or canceling a subscription.
Non-Plant Product Return Policy: For any undamaged non-live product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. Leaf’d Box Gift Cards and gift subscriptions are not eligible for return. The term “Products” does not include any seed, seedlings or plants. In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Leaf’d Box will offer you an Leaf’d Box Gift Card.
Plant Product Return Policy: For any seed, seedlings, flora, or plant product, due to the live nature of the items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns and have a no-returns policy for these items. We do, however, always want to make sure our customers are satisfied, so please contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to assist. Please remember that seed, seedlings and plants are living organisms, and should be treated as such, and should be planted as soon as possible upon receipt.
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
- Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Leaf’d Box may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Leaf’d Box may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Leaf’d Box’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Leaf’d Box reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Leaf’d Box cancels an order after you have already been billed, Leaf’d Box will refund the billed amount.
- Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping Information page at https://leafdbox.com/pages/shipping-information to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Leaf’d Box. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Leaf’d Box’s control once it leaves our facilities, Leaf’d Box cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
As Leaf’d Box takes care of the dispatch of the products and subscriptions you purchase on Leaf’d Box, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Leaf’d Box to resolve.
- Consumers Only
Leaf’d Box sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
- U.S. Shipping Only
Products, subscriptions and services purchased online from Leaf’d Box will only be shipped or provided to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products, subscriptions and services must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
- Product/Service/Subscription Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, services and subscriptions, Leaf’d Box may have to limit the number of products, services or subscriptions available for purchase. Please trust that we wish to satisfy everyone’s desires for our products, services and subscriptions, and that we’re working hard to ensure availability. Leaf’d Box reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase or subscription at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Leaf’d Box confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product, service or subscription. In the event we cannot supply something you ordered, Leaf’d Box will cancel the order and refund the amount you paid in full.
Leaf'd Box provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our our Terms and that your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis and your credit card will automatically be charged for the subscription product(s) until you cancel your subscription or until you have paid for all boxes shipped to you. You can cancel your subscription at any time online or by emailing email@example.com. At the point of canceling the subscription, any amount prepaid for boxes not yet shipped will be refunded or any amount due for boxes shipped but not yet fully paid for will be charged to you. You acknowledge and agree to these charges and terms and agree not to dispute any such charges. In the event of any expiration or charge to the credit card we have on file for your account, it is your responsibility to provide updated information for a valid credit card prior to any recurring charges being automatically made, and you agree to pay any bank charges incurred by Leaf’d Box in connection with your account.
