Official Rules
NO RANDOM DRAWING. WINNERS ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE JUDGING CRITERIA DESCRIBED BELOW.

2. Contest Period
Begins September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST and ends October 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST.
3. Eligibility
Open to existing Leaf’d Box customers located within Leaf’d’s eligible U.S. service area who are at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited. Employees/family of Leaf'd Box are ineligible. Customer status will be verified via direct/ESA order records or proof of purchase.
4. How to Enter
1. Post an original photo of your Leaf’d garden or plant setup on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Tag @LeafedBox and include #LeafdBoxContest in the caption.
3. Share what you learned, enjoyed, or experienced in your post.
4. Limit: One public entry per person. Combined judging pool. Do not post sensitive personal data publicly.
5. Entry Requirements
Entries must be original, owned by the entrant, and appropriate. Children are not required to appear; if identifiable individuals/minors appear, entrant represents they have permission. Entry must not infringe third-party rights.
6. Judging and Tie-Breaking
Eligible entries will be scored by Leaf’d Box judges based on:
• 40% Story & Experience (Authenticity and connection to growing with Leaf’d)
• 30% Garden & Visual Storytelling (Clear visual evidence of Leaf'd garden/plant growth)
• 30% Caption Quality (Thoughtful context and specific takeaways)
Ties: Resolved first by higher Story score, second by Visual Storytelling score, third by judge re-evaluation.
Prizes may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Leaf’d Box may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Taxes or obligations associated with prize acceptance are the winner’s responsibility.
8. Provisional Selection & Verification
Top 3 entries will be provisionally selected on/about October 13, 2026, and notified via DM within 2 business days. Potential winners have 3 business days to complete a verification form (address, age, customer status, UGC terms). Unclaimed/unverified prizes pass to the next highest-scoring alternate. Confirmed winners announced about October 20, 2026
9. Content Rights and Privacy
Entering does not grant Leaf’d Box unrestricted marketing rights. Leaf’d Box may separately request written permission to reshare entries on social media, email, or website. Information collected privately is strictly used for administration, verification, and fulfillment per the Leaf’d Box Privacy Policy.
10. Winner Verification
• Platform Disclaimer: Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
• Liability: Leaf’d Box is not responsible for technical errors or lost/corrupted posts outside its control. Decisions of Leaf’d Box judges are final. Governed by the laws of California.
