At Leaf’d Box, we love being a part of your garden journey. Whether you’ve harvested your first homegrown goodies, or your Leaf’d Box setup is starting to shine with abundant growth, we want to see and hear about what you’ve learned along the way.
On September 22, 2026, at 10 AM PST, we’re kicking off the Leaf’d Box Photo Contest. We’re inviting every member of our community to share what they’ve been growing, harvesting, learning, and enjoying.
**The Leaf’d Box Photo contest runs from September 22, 2026, at 10 AM through October 6, 2026, at 10 AM PST.
Tell Us All About Your Leaf’d Box Story
We’re not just looking for a pretty garden picture—as much as we love to see it. We also want to see the experience behind it.
Maybe you started with small plantlings from Leaf’d Box and watched your plants transform week by week, experiencing the wonder of growth for the first time. Or perhaps you started gardening with your kids as part of their homeschool science curriculum and the experience has engaged your students beyond your wildest expectations.
Whatever your experience is, now’s your chance for a classic show-and-tell session. Your photo and caption should give us a window into your gardening journey. Share what growing with Leaf’d Box has been like for you and your family.
A Few Ideas to Get You INSPIRED
Not sure what to photograph or what story to tell? Take a look around your garden and think carefully about the moments you enjoyed most. Professional photography is not required. Just share from the heart and be your authentic self.
1. Show the Growth
Capture your plants as they are today and tell us how far they’ve come. If you have photos along the way, share the before-and-after journey.
2. Brag on Your Recent Harvest
Proud of that massive pumpkin? Did your zucchini plant go wild this year? Did you cook a delicious meal with your harvest? Take a picture before you carve it, chop it, cook it, or eat it!
3. Give Us Your Garden Tour
Walk us through your garden setup. What makes this garden uniquely yours?
4. Capture the Special Moments
Sometimes, the best garden stories are in those sweet little moments. The wonder on the face of your child upon viewing a new sprout, first flower, or an unexpected visitor.
5. Tell Us What You’ve Learned
No lesson is too small to share with others. You may have learned something that others would love to know! Did you discover how to care for a tricky plant? Did you learn something about growing in your region? We want to learn it too.
Reminder: Your garden does not have to be perfect to be perfectly shareable.
How to Enter the Leaf’d Box Photo Contest
You must do the following to enter the contest:
• Post an original photo(s) of your Leaf’d Box garden setup on Instagram or Facebook.
• Tag @LeafedBox.
• Include #LeafdBoxContest in your caption.
• Share something about what you learned, enjoyed, or experienced while growing with Leaf’d Box.
**There is a limit of one public entry per person, and entries from Instagram and Facebook with be considered together.
What are the Judges Looking For?
Our judges are focused on three criteria:
• Your story and experience
• Your garden and visual storytelling
•The quality of your caption
Three winners will receive garden-themed prizes for their efforts along with a Leaf’d Box garden feature!
