Tip:
We use heat-tolerant lettuce varieties that thrive in hydroponic towers, even in warmer weather, with a balanced nutrient solution and ample light. Harvest leaves as they mature to encourage continuous growth, ensuring a steady supply of fresh greens throughout the season.

Red Russian Kale

Plant to harvest: 45-55 days

Tip:
This variety has frilly, purple-veined leaves and is one of the most tender types of kale for raw eating. Grows very quickly, harvest outer leaves consistently to encourage fresh growth from the center.

Arugula

Plant to harvest: 30-40 days

Tip:
Arugula thrives in well-drained, slightly alkaline soil, which helps produce tender, peppery leaves. For the best flavor, harvest arugula leaves young, as older leaves can become tough and bitter.

Collards

Tip:
Collard greens are one of the oldest leafy greens cultivated, dating back to ancient Greece.Thrives in hydroponic towers with strong root space. Harvest bottom leaves continuously and watch for pests like aphids in warm weather.

Chrysanthemum

Plant to harvest: 80-100 days

Tip:
Edible chrysanthemums are common in Asian cuisine and have mild, tangy leaves.In your hydroponic tower, prune regularly for compact growth and tender leaves.

Bunching Onion

This is a heat tolerant bell pepper to prepare for warm summer months. Bell peppers thrive in full sun and require consistent moisture to prevent stress. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot—let the soil dry slightly between waterings.
