The boxes and plants arrived in a timely fashion. The Plants were lovely; only one arrived dead; the rest were beautiful. To be honest, I was expecting most of them to be dead because the shipping was delayed by a couple of days by the shipping company, no fault of Leaf'd. The plants are thriving!! We are really enjoying our garden.

Customer service was excellent. I had a problem with some plants that FedEx did not deliver promptly and the heat wilted some of them. We could not get them to come back to life. Exceeding Expectations

The ease of assembly was great. Great-grandfather and grandson assembled unit. The unit is sturdy, a great size, lights are super bright, yet one would not know because the cover does such a great job and blocking the light. The only thing I’d say was a challenge was the pump assembly portion in the video guide to assemble-we received as different pump than what was home in the video-it all worked out though! Would definitely order again!
