At Leaf’d Box, education is what we do. We are proud to provide the resources and knowledge necessary to make gardening easy and accessible for all, including students.


Through our gardening education kits and curriculum, we give K-12 students the opportunity to learn about science hands-on through gardening. Whether it is with hydroponics, planting in pots, or building an outdoor garden, students receive interactive video curriculum throughout the semester, complete with science lessons, recipes, and activities that help them learn to grow and harvest their own food. As students explore the fascinating world of gardening and learn about key scientific ideas such as the plant life cycle, ecosystems, the water cycle, pH balancing, and the solar system’s impact on seasons and daylight, they simultaneously nurture a garden full of different plant varieties, ensuring a continuous and immersive learning experience.


We partner with many charter schools and scholarship programs, like Step Up For Students in Florida and individual states' Departments of Education, providing services to those using Educational Savings Accounts or other scholarship funds. Because we want to make it as easy as possible for your student to engage in the joys of gardening, we also provide the written curricula necessary to submit gardening education kits as supplementary learning material for ESA programs.
